Kitchen Pro Cabinets Vaughan

Our experience with Kitchen Pro has been very positive so far however our new kitchen has yet to be installed. We hope the installation and final result will meet and exceed our expectations. We have enjoyed our experience with Kitchen Pro during the preliminary stages. We were first introduced to Victor who was very nice and accommodating. With this initial warm greeting and with the ‘kitchen of my dreams’ right there in the showroom, we were encouraged to take the next step which was to meet with Joe, the designer. We have met with Joe on several occasions. He was very patient with our many questions and concerns. He was obviously trying very hard to please us and we appreciated his efforts. Joe was extremely quick with his drawings and subsequent alterations to the plan. We have been given a very ambitious timeline for installation of our new kitchen which is awesome! We look forward to the completion of our project and I will update with a final review at that point. Thank you to everyone at Kitchen Pro for the great service thus far.

Highly recommend!! We are truly happy with all the work Kitchen Pro Vaughan did for us.I was introduced to Kitchen Pro by my Contractor Leo from Renopros (who is amazing). I used Kitchen Pro two times, first they did my new kitchen design, and the second project was my wall unit and fireplace in the living room. Giselle did all the designs, and she did an amazing job with both drawings, she was very nice, professional and patient with us, and made sure we are pleased with what we wanted. Everything was done on schedule as planned. Their prices are reasonable. Payments are done on schedule as their requirements (they never ask us to pay in full). Once again, thank you to GiselleJ, to Crystal for her excellent customer service, she was always very nice and helpful. And last but no least to Victor (Manager) for his approvals and professionalism.Alida

Beware this company is using the most lowest grade quality material. We found Kitchen Pro on google and just like you went through reviews but we were unfortunately mislead. Giselle, who is their designer was very help in the beginning but as the process went along and they got their payment, we discovered many issues and details were missed which were not part of the initial agreement. The counter top ended up being 38inch which makes it too high and not standard as they missed counter measurements in final design. It makes it very difficult to use kitchen with this height and not practical. The doors started fall apart including soft close stop working and hinges coming out as part of the very poor installation and workmanship. The worst part of this all was the stains that started to appear on the doors after only 2 months which no matter what wouldn’t come out and got worse. We worked with Giselle and Crystal to get the door replaced. They were unhelpful and unreliable. Crystal especially was unhelpful and the majority of the time would not keep her word. After a year of trying to work with Kitchen pro on a solution, and agreeing to pay an additional cost to get them to replace, even though it was evident that there was a defective in the material. Victor himself admitted that they were “fighting” with the supplier and after a few months, confirmed that they no longer make this product anymore. Victor was very disrespectful and completely blamed us to the way we “use our kitchen”. This is not the first time we had designed a kitchen from scratch but the most difficult and worst experience. Victor suggested I bring in one of the doors to determine with the supplier why the stains were visible and gave me the door back in worse condition and in the end was very vulgar in letting me know that he was not interested in helping us find a solution. Victor had no interest in keeping the customer happy rather left me feeling to blame and disappointed. This company uses low quality products and it’s not meant to last. Ultimately we felt betrayed and ripped off after paying above and beyond the worth of this product and type of service. No customer loyalty or integrity comes with this company.

Amazing service, the representative at the Vaughan store was extremely helpful to get cabinet reworked. Got me in touch with the service centre at the manufacture facility and they looked after me quickly and completed the work ahead of schedule, very happy with the work and staff.

It was the first time for me to go with Kitchen Pro and they did my walk in closet & fireplace. At the beginning, I was shopping around and getting quote from different companies. I eventually decided to go with Kitchen Pro becuz of their quick &professional response ,constant follow up and awesome craftsmanship. They did not let me down! I love my how my walk in closet and the fireplace turned out! The whole process was hassle free. The design was great, product was of amazing quality and they provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Incredibly neat work in our kitchen! We can not be more satisfied and happy right now and we are definitely impressed by the professionalism. Everything was done in a very well-organized way from the beginning till the installation. Joe was our designer and he was very patient and detail-oriented. He was able to provide suggestions needed with his professional knowledge in the home interior design field. While Selena and Victor from the customer service team were also very helpful and responsive. Thank you Kitchen Pro for all the hard work and 100% recommendation!

Kitchen Pro Vaughan completed several projects for us. They designed and installed our custom kitchen cabinets, island, pantry shelving, powder room vanity and 2nd floor vanity. Gisele expertly designed all the components and made great suggestions and incorporated all our needs and wants. The main installation process was quick and professional and additional fixes and repairs were handled fairly quickly. Communication and follow up by Crystal was helpful. Although Kitchen Pro is very busy they were able to take on all our projects with an ambitious timeline, responded to all our inquiries throughout the process, completed all our projects and any repairs fairly quickly. Thank you Kitchen Pro Team for all the hard work - we appreciate all the follow up and workmanship. We have recommended Kitchen Pro to several Friends and Family and would work with this team again.

This is my fourth time using kitchen pro and the experience keeps getting better. What I love about their process is that they have lots of designs to choose from, unlimited colours to use, quality stacks up against higher priced manufacturers, they work with you to find the right solution and they turn it around faster than any other company that I know of. Crystal was a joy to work with. Very attentive and on top of our requirements. Cabinets were made on schedule and delivered in time. Highly recommend using Kitchen pro for your next project!
