Garbage customer service, horrible drivers marking unshipped packages as shipped. Got my other 5 but not ththe 6th. This is always happening and then we gotta fight to get our stuff we paid for. I'llcome show your warehousworkers and drivers howto do their jobs....its pathetic how junk this company has become

They charged me 2$ for dropping off a... free Amazon return. If you need to return something through Amazon, be aware that they will mostly charge you an extra fee". Have in mind that you can select CanadaPost or any other option for Amazon returns."

Worst service ever these guys will not deliver me my package that I paid hundreds of dollars in shipping fees I will never ever use ups ever again worst shipping company ever I have called every day and told them times I’m not home and times I’m home and they still keep delivering my packages at the exact times I have specifically have told them not to deliver to my house and now I can’t even have it delivered and they won’t even let me pick it up either they wasted my only 3 delivery attempts that they give you and I had told them im not home to receive packages at that time and they still keep coming when im not home on purpose worst service ever so if you are looking for a company to ship your stuff DO NOT EVER LET UPS SHIP YOUR PACKAGES

This was the most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with I waited 15 min for them to get off the phone with who ever they were talking to and then they had no clue how to print me a receipt. I hope my package makes it to where it needs to go.

Very pleased with the UPS Store in Leamington. The owner is very knowledgeable, and efficient, and so is his assistant . Always happy to do business there ! 5 Stars all the way !!!

Not sure when the ownership/management changed (sometime in 2019 perhaps) but the new management is extremely unhelpful and rude. As someone that frequents several UPS stores throughout Essex County/Windsor for business, you would think that they would go out of their way to recognize repeat customers but that’s not the case. This is also the only UPS store that I’ve visited since the Covid-19 shutdown that turned me away after already carrying all of my parcels inside their building, telling me that I had to take everything and leave it on the ground in the sketchy alley/parking lot behind their building, then after several months of this being the process, they post a notice stating they’re not responsible for lost/stolen packages left unattended outside... to anyone else uncomfortable with this process, save yourself the worry and go to UPS in Windsor, they have been happy to accept my parcels in store.

Owner does what’s within in his power which is only so much. I blame UPS and their shady business infrastructure for the negative experiences I’ve had. Their 800 number is useless, redirected to someone else almost every time, and oftentimes just disconnects. Be ready to fight tooth and nail for any sort of insurance claim or refund. They want to wear you down until you give up. Smart design...Not very smart for customer retention.

Called in to UPS store this morning to get quote for the job I required.Was able to settle it all on that same phone call - then a quick trip to sign and pre-pay - and the pickup I wanted was immediately put into motion.Thanks Habib for your super support in this and your follow-up as well. Much appreciated!!

Absolutely amazing Owner, goes over and above for his customers. Great pricing. Why go to Canada post when you can come to UPS for cheaper and quicker service. 5/5 stars.
