Today was my last payment for a Nintendo Switch. I was told two months ago that it was my last payment today, and when I was in my banking app to make the last payment, I was interrupted by the manager Chad, he was calling to inform me that I was due to pay today. (I have NEVER missed a payment in my two contracts with them, but monthly I get reminders, emails that I need to pay immediately like I'm evading or a customer that just doesn't pay.. I was only ever late by a week last month after Christmas holidays, and I called to let them know.) I am giving 1 star because of the treatment I recently received. When being reminded to pay which I did monthly, I was yelled at on the phone when confirming this was my last payment, I was then told that I had a partial payment because of late days, by late I mean a day or two throughout to 2 years I was under contract, but the many girl friends I have, that also use National Rent to own, have told me that, they go months sometimes without being able to pay, and they haven't received a call, but I was given no such offer or consideration during my many phone calls with Chad.I will not be going here again, I will not be recommending this shop. Also when getting a laptop from this store, on my contract they had checked the box that stated the laptop was BRAND NEW, which it wasn't, Chad was holding it bare in his hands at my front door with the contract on the lid of the laptop, and the power bar keeping it in place, and when I put my hands out, he handed it to me and pulled the paper toward him which flipped the bar upward and it fell back down hard on the top of the laptop.. There was no damage, but I just wasn't given any common courtesy from the beginning of my time with them.Enter at your own risk. 0/5
