I was recommended to knights auto lab after being involved in a collision with my truck. After bringing the truck to knights and having them work their magic my truck looks brand new and like the accident never happened. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the repairs and Ferris was a pleasure to deal with keeping me updated during the entire repair process. I would highly highly recommend knights auto lab!

I had an accident and was introduced to Fares. I had no prior relationship with him. I found him to e extremely honest. This was important for someone like me that knows nothing about cars. His work was excellent. My car looked brand new after he was done. His price was also very very reasonable.

This review is long overdue and apologies to the shop because they deserve to have immediate good feedback. So I have to start by saying that the customer service was not only extremely professional but also was very welcoming. If you have a luxury vehicle those are the first things one looks at before putting it in someone’s hands. Now the reason why you’re there.. I wish I had taken pictures of before and after so show the difference. The quality of product used and the detail to the cleanliness was beyond my ocd. If I was closer I would be there a little more than I should lol. I have to say thank you to the team for taking care of my vehicle as they did and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need. Definitely gained a repeating customer.

When I have visited Knights Auto Lab for the first time, Fares was transparent from the beginning about spare parts costs, labor cost and workshop fees, and when I received my repaired car, the invoice was reduced by $800 after they reused some parts that were in a good shape.Honesty, Quality and punctuality are the most important ingredients for a successful auto workshop.I had a very successful experience with Fares and I highly recommend doing business with him.
