The owner is nice but to be completely honest.. when you walk in it smells like a dog kennel.. there are 3 dogs in there and youre stuck babysitting and fighting them off because they try to tear up your clothing.. Ridiculous. Cleanliness is a must for a business like this and this one doesnt have that. Sorry if I am rude but its the truth.

I got my helix piercing it’s been two weeks and she didn’t tell me it would be best to take it off but instead my family,my friends and people in the hospital like doctors told me it doesn’t look good already I have had it for two weeks and I will have to take them off.Wow that’s a good 35$ wasted for nothing.

J’ai été me faire tatouer il y a 2-3 mois. Mon tattoo manque de couleur, car celle-ci est partie et le noir a des endroits est partie. Nous avions convenu un nouveau rendez- vous pour refaire le manque dans le tatouage et elle ne s’est jamais présenté au rendez-vous. Elle a écrit à ma grand mère! Aucun sens! Donc, je ne recommande aucunement cet endroit et c’est insalubre avec les chiens qui font pipi partout. Je suis vraiment découragé. Je lui ait demandé un remboursement et elle ne me répond plus.

My husband brought my daughter to get her cartilage pierced. If I had been there, I would have walked her right back out the door.First of all, there were dogs running around, which is not sanitary, and secondly, a piercing gun was used in stead of piercing needles.She got the gun stuck part way through my daughter's ear, and had to push the stud through the rest of the way by hand.I personally have had quite a few cartilage piercings in both my ears, and know that using a piercing gun is not a good thing, as well as hoops should be used to allow for swelling. My daughter's ears were so swollen against the studs that we were unable to properly clean them.My daughter was also advised to clean the new piercings with shampoo in the shower, and swim in a chlorine pool! These are two sure ways to infect your piercings. Please do not get your piercings done here, this person doesn't not know the proper sanitary and safe processes for piercings at all.Thankfully I was aware, through my own experiences with professional piercers, of the proper cleaning processes, and was able to get the appropriate hoops put into her ears in order to prevent a serious infection.

Aujourd’hui j’avais un rendez-vous, et jamais personne ne s’est pointé pour nous ouvrir la porte.. même un des employés n’était pas au courant que sa boss fermais aujourd’hui.. plusieurs personnes qui risque d’être déçu de son manque de professionnalisme!

Owner is nice, generous even. Front desk help when I went was even better, very refreshing difference from the stalwart area's usual attitude. They even stock a nice variety of items for those looking to add to their collections, though notably most of the tunnels and plugs are fairly generic, likely due to low demand.That said, and I say this with honesty, not to offend;The dogs are a real problem.I've a service dog personally and because of the tiny dogs in-store, I can't bring him in- so my time in there is already limited. Workable for me but not for many who rely on their dogs just to get around- ie, seeing eye and assistance dogs. This is a smaller problem though.The real issue lies in cleanliness. A tattoo parlor should be immaculate. A piercing studio should be just as clean. Sterility is key. Hypoallergenic" or not
