Had a great session with Sungho, he's very professional in men's haircuts. Also his demeanor was pleasant to deal with, and I could see that he's trying his best to satisfy the customer. I recommend Sungho highly.

Be aware that this place will raise the price when you finish. I came here for Balayage. The female owner came in at the end and showed me a big bill. It doesn’t add up at all and it’s not the price I was shown at the beginning or what is listed on their booking website. She charged me using the pricing for long hair, which I absolutely don’t have— I have very short hair. When I questioned her about this, she changed her words and said it was because I received ‘special treatment’. I was not consulted whatsoever on this ‘treatment’ and I definitely did not experience any additional service. I was in a rush so I still paid, even though it’s about 100 dollars more than what it actually should be. Very disappointed.

Probably the worst salon experience I ever had. Booked with Eric because he seemed the most experienced based on his title. The biggest problem I had with him was that I felt the whole appointment was so rushed. We barely exchanged words and he got to cutting which resulted in my hair being cut way too short. He took off basically double of what I wanted. Total time spent cutting my hair was probably 10 minutes. After he finished, I was shocked at how short it was and I told him that it was way too short. He then proceeded to justify it by saying “layers tend to make hair look shorter”. I was also left sitting in the chair in my wet hair while he went to cut someone else’s hair. I was late for my appointment so maybe that’s why he rushed it? However, I called ahead to let them know I’d be late so if they cannot accommodate then I rather them tell me no than say it’s okay and then proceed to do a subpar job.

I went to Chungdam a few years ago but I thought I would write a review. I went there because my friend brought me because I wanted the thin Korean style bangs. I had my friend (she is Korean) write out a description of what I want in case the stylist didn't speak English -- her name is Julia (she is SO lovely). One of the junior stylists spoke English and could help translate as well.When they washed my hair it was so nice and gentle. And my hair was cut BEAUTIFULLY. I was amazed. I wasn't sure the bangs would work on me but she made sure they did. My hair was a short cute bob without looking like a soccer mom.I went back to see Julia many times and she was even kind enough to tell me that if I ever wanted to get that style somewhere else, I can just tell them see-through bangs" and they'll know. I did go to some other places

Anna is very professional and knows the customer’s needs precisely. I absolutely like my new haircut and overall hairstyle. I highly recommend her. Best hairstylist I have ever met.

Got a haircut from Sungho! He couldn’t speak English but his coworkers were very kind and made sure to translate for him. I got a great haircut and good advice on how to style my hair :) prices are also reasonable, highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Had a haircut and Keratin smoothing treatment with Eric, and my hair has never looked nicer and so smooth and healthy before. I especially loved the way he cut the layers - it gave my hair movement and looks tamed and beautiful. He asks and listens to what I was looking for, and he is definitely talented at what he does and also very patient and detailed.Also, the salon itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

All staffs are very polite n super friendly n probably the best hair salon i experienced .. especially thanks to Sungho who did my hair n Hijin who supported Sungho to make more great job to be done. I had a great time to relax while staying..more importantly my hair looks great !!I look 10 years younger than before Thanks :)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! My husband got a haircut here I was very shocked that he paid for this new haircut. Very disappointed
