I have an air tempo wall AC. I tried calling them to get a technician for 3 weeks. Chased them for 2 weeks to get a call back and an appointment, then finally when I do get an appointment I get a call the day of saying they are having issue with a shortage of azote. After they know very well that it’s needed to do the job. They never call you back you have to keep chasing after them over and over again. In the end, I never got a call back and they never fixed my AC. Worst service I had. They don’t care about about having you as a client.

Produit Québécois !! Mais service après vente à l'extérieur de Montréal est pourri, je suis de Sherbrooke, machine de 2015 avec l'achat de mon condo et ils ne peuvent pas me dire qui fait des réparations... pas de distributeur, etc... vraiment désolant...

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE -- BAD INSTALLATION N RETURN SERVICE IS A LONG WAIT WITH THJIS HEAT--THRY HAVE ONE IDIOT INSTALLER ABOUD --NO CALL BACK SERVICE -SOME FORIEGN ON THE PHONE -AT OFFICE THEY ALWAYS SAY DID NOT GIVE MESSAGE-N PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY -- AVOID THIS SCRAP
