He was very professional and got straight to work taking a look at our electical issues we called about. He finished wiring in a new light switch we wanted split off an existing switch and left to research our flashing" stair light issue and noisy pot-lights. He emailed us two business days later with a bunch of information so that we could decide what we wanted to do and was back 3 days after we got back to him with our decision to finish the work.
