Man where do I start. I have dealt with many moving companies, most were bad, but this is by far the worst!- My appointment was at 10, they showed up at 11.18.- They said my time will start when they arrive. Their boss calls me when they're about done (6 pm) to tell me that there is an extra travel hour fee (not mentioned before).- I gave them a $100 deposit when I booked the appointment with them a week ago, their boss did not mention the deposit, maybe he forgot that but not the extra travel hour fee.- The workers are nice people, and damages happen, I understand. When I talked to the office about the damages, they wanted me to pay them $1000 for THEIR insurance.I highly recommend NOT hiring this company for your own sanity.EDIT: The owner responds to all negative reviews with I can't find you in our system". I 100% booked with this company."
