Very unorganized I received a call at work stating the phone lines are down okay I don't have one I use my cell also I am at work why interrupt me at work to say that ?

I don’t recommend living here. They’ll send you eviction notices for paying your rent. I’m not joking. They increase the rent every year and do the bare minimum for the park. There’s better places to live.

Looks like they don't care for most of the trailers in the older part. Take down trees that block out eyesores without replacing them with anything. New part looks cramped.

Located at Mapleridge/Oakridge mobile home park. A community of 850 homes (mobile homes) with a community hall, main park office, mobile home sales office, a neighborhood bar & grill, Convenience store, playground and walking paths as well as transit buses to Bonnie Doon or the newest transit center (Tamarack). Nice and conveniently located neighborhood with amenities within this park or access to shopping in Rio Can. Close to Sherwood Park- 5-7 minutes by car.

I am pretty upset with the office today. I don't know her name as it has been a revolving door she is newer. How she treated me today and how she spoke to me. She is discriminating, very opinionated and she did not even try to set up a payment plan with me.She said it will take blank blank years to pay off with $25.00 ??? I am owing $675.00 from over $3000.00 plus paying my lease every month with the utilities. I never ever mentioned that would be my payment going forward.She never even tried to negotitate a payment plan just assumed. What is wrong with her? There is no communication at that office they know how hard I have been trying to pay off the debt thousands and thousands of dollars since COVID hit.I have really tried my hardest to pay of this growing debt but it seems it never goes down. She defenitely with be fired just like all the rest of the front end staff over the years. Terrible terrible people, communtication skills and her body language was so so unprofessional to say the least.I have dealt with alot of problems since last year with the growing debt, lost payment that I did through my online banking, the consant harsassing emails for payment which I do anyways weekly, biweekly or monthly to name a few. I have lived here for a long time 6 years and after the way I was treated today I do not want any part of it anymore. I am done with the company.Please do your research on this company expecially if anyone is considering living here. Be aware of the concerns this company has had over the years and now expecially with the very rude Kim at the office.

Great place! Love the community, it is well kept and clean. There is something fun to do at least once a month within the community. Pets are loved and respected. Friendly staff at the office make paying fees pleasant and the location is wonderful. Yes lot fees suck but it's cheaper than a mortgage. As long as it stays that way its worth it to me.

Decided to go for a hike through the city, came across a nice park here. The people that live around here are very weary of people that do things out side the norm of what they're used to. Which I suppose is a good thing for the community. Probably won't ever go back there.

Purchased our home in this park straight across in the summer of 2020. In the less then Two years our rent has been increased twice(now over $700/ month) , our water and garbage have increased, and the park no longer maintains our yard drainage as they once did. I don’t feel we ever see anything for the rise in lot fees. Plus a ridiculous Amount of administration fees. One should seriously consider all options before moving to this “community”.**edited june 2023 make that 3 years in a row of lot rent being raised, parkbridge is a bunch of greedy you know what’s that i’m sure bring in close to 1 mil. in lot fees alone in this individual park. STOP RAISING THE FEES!!

I moved here after a house fire 5 years ago, Not knowing lot fees go up every year! I live on my cpp and have to choose between eating and paying lot fees.....if you fall behind on lot fees (because you need to eat) their very quick at handing out eviction notice and the interest they charge is OUTRAGEOUS!!!LOT FEES ARE 690$ A MONTH, PLUS WATER AROUND 150 A MONTH, THEN TRASH REMOVEL IS 45 A MONTH ..I never thought that at my age, I would have to worry about where I would live....So if you are on disability,Cpp or Aish DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!
