Signed up with them expecting to participate in market research interviews or discussions for payment. Have only received invites for online surveys that do not pay, only entered for a draw. False or misleading advertisements promising paid research, have got nothing from them in a year. Avoid.

Insights West is a scam that will waste your time. Dont bother signing up for offers or filling out surveys. Your time is not important to them and they will waste it.

Great location for focus groups because it is close to Skytrain. Viewing room is comfortable. Good size focus group room as well.

I've been doing these surveys for about a year now. I finally got enough points to get a gift card. I chose Tim Hortons. I didn't think the gift card would work since I just printed it out. You can get the card on ur phone too but I don't have one. Anyways, the gift card worked and I had doughnuts for breakfast today. I'm gonna keep doing surveys.
