NorthStar Driver Training

On the 24th of May, I cleared my driver's test. My instructor from Northstar Driver Training was Maryam and I only have good things to tell about her. Despite being my first attempt at getting my license here in Nova Scotia, I had no pressure from her in taking many classes. There was a lot of trust I gained from her. Her session had a professional approach, with no nonsense talk. I drove in a Corolla and it was in great condition, and seemed brand new to me. Big shout to Maryam and Northstar Driver Training for their support and encouragement. I would strongly recommend Northstar for those who are in search of a professional driver training institute.

I had a wonderful experience with NorthStar. Michael is very professional, always on time. He is an excellent teacher. He is calm, and is great at giving constructive criticism, which is so important for improvement. He really pays attention and makes sure any weak areas you have are worked on thoroughly. The instructor is very nice, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Had a great experience learning how to drive with different rules and regulations. I highly recommend her for future drivers who want to learn and practice for a road test.

Northstar Driver Training was a great choice for our son. He was given confidence in his ability and I am more comfortable in my sons driving knowing the background knowledge and the hands on training he received was top notch. Michael, was very helpful, and knowledgeable in getting me ready for road test. He’s very approachable and easy to work with. He gives constructive feedback and he’s always calm (which helps with my nerves). I learned a lot from driving with him!

I recommend Miriam to everyone. I learnt how to drive with her assistant.She is very patient yet professional when teaching you how to drive. Always on time for scheduled meeting time and as a first time driver she made me very confident within two days on the road with her. Highly recommend trainer.

Mike is a professional driving instructor. My son told me he was easy to talk to, calm, reassuring, and knowledgeable. His feedback after each session was telling of the pride Mike takes in his students' progress with their driving skills. He is honest and knows when his students are ready. I also appreciated how organized he was with scheduling sessions and the road test.Questioning in person versus the online classes? Michael and Northstar were incredible and put me on the path to success for driving.
