Absolutely amazing customer service. We were looking to get our son an HO scale set for Thomas and Dave at Kingston Locomotive Works was incredibly helpful. Ordered a specific additional locomotive in for us as well.The process from start to finish was great. If you're looking to get into model trains and want to support a great Canadian business then I can't recommend this store enough.

This is the only place in Canada I found that sells Rokuhan Z scale products and has a good selection of items. Their online ordering system is easy to use and their customer service is unparalleled. I am very happy with how smooth of an operation these folks run and their honesty is key with me. Great shop, I will continue to order from them.
