My whole interaction with the staff was a very pleasant experience. Allof them were all very accomodating and well versed on all the products that I enquired about, especially the short one she was very friendly and fair.

Today was great service, the representative was helpful. I am normally pleased with dealing at Avenue. Only once I had to deal with a rude sales lady. I guess it was only a one time thing. I avoided her today.

Now, everyone in the store is nice, willing to give a fair price, except one. The short girl. Every time I bring something in, she's difficult - lowballing and playing hardball. Doesn't give a fair price based on the ebay value... gives a fair price" for what she thinks she can sell it for. Brought in a jacket

Alway polite and willing to help with jewelry/gold testing. Great prices on gold and everything they sell. The girls at both the Tecumseh rd. Location and ottawa st. Location. Are awesome.

I have been a customer at Avenue Pawn since they opened. I have pawned as well as bought items. My most recent purchase was for a beautifully detailed Japanese Warrior sculpture or statue. Not sure which category best suits the piece. Their prices are very reasonable. I also purchased a cute diamond ring from them a while back. Go check them out in their Leamington store. They have alot of nice stuff.

I have been shopping at avenue for years and it has always been a great experience. The staff is always helpful and kind. The prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of products and always get in new stuff. I recently made a purchase and when I got home I realized the product was defective . I spoke to James and he took care of it and I remain a happy customer. I recommend people all the time.

Lots of cool items at this location and staff seems super welcoming...but...both female employees were constantly laughing and carrying on behind the counter and one of them has a very loud rather annoying laugh. Seems quite unprofessional. We couldn't listen to it anymore and had to leave.

Avenue pawnshop is always a great place to purchase a wide variety of items at a great price, but they’re always there when or if I ever need a loan. The people are great the store is great!
