This use to be our go to grocery store, the staff was friendly and always helpful and never any complains.I don't know what has happened recently but based on other recent reviews clearly the change of staff/ Management plays a very large factor. I should not be getting calls from my wife after she leaves the store the way she did, this is not the first time it has happened either since the changes.I don't care if its the end of the shift or near closing. some people cant get to the stores any sooner. you choose to start closing sooner then you use to regardless, its called customer service. we too want to get home to our families but don't deserve to be rushed through the store and rushed out so you can close and lock up right at closing. other people walking in don't deserve to be yelled at from across the store by the manager because they walked in for milk 5 minutes before closing.your store is not cheap to begin with. everything is priced high in my opinion but people in my household enjoyed going there. our $500+ weekly grocery and products expense will be going elsewhere.Keep up the great work and you might be able to start closing earlier for no one deserves to be spoken or treated the way you are treating people right now.

Not as clean as other locations.Very small cold food section with a tiny salad bar, cold rotisserie chickens?.. 3 soups and a few wraps in boxes. Disappointing. Tiny vegetable Market and the usual health food groceries.PROTIP: There is a Value Village on the other side of the building.

Just visited Goodness Me Branford for the first time ever and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a store in my life! The ladies made me a custom smoothie to help boost my vitamins before the holidays. It’s delicious! Found some really cute Christmas gifts in the product sale department and to top it off they gave me a free muffin for being a first time customer! I highly recommend anybody coming here for a healthy lunch, snack, treat, groceries and Christmas shopping for sure! Amazing stocking stuffers here!

I am really disappointed with this retailer. I have been frequenting this store for many years on and off since I lived in Hamilton. Now living in Brantford, it continues to disappoint. Packaged products (supplements, hygiene, grooming aids etc) vs fresh food products show a world of difference. This store can't sell fresh items like juices and wraps if their life depended on it. I always find expired products in both their stores. What gives Goodness Me? This time I was in to pick up the Wrap it up Raw wraps (that you used to keep in the refrigerated section - albeit with expired dates) and now you seem to be putting the expired products in the freezer after you remove the expiry date label from the product. How can you do this to your loyal customers? I opened both packs this week to find a fresh wrap and both packages presented as stale, hard.

I was so lucky to get a friendly cashier at my first time shopping there. She was so nice and pleasant! Compared to the one in Hamilton upper Gage, this location is much much better. Will come back again.

I have enjoyed shopping at this location for years, very friendly staff and never an issue until just recently. An incident with a rude cashier whose attitude shocked me and the second incident with the store manager over a return of unsatisfactory product. He is sullen and miserable looking with an accusatory attitude. This is NOT good customer service. I am disappointed to have been treated like a criminal over product that was unsatisfactory showing that Goodness Me does not stand behind the products they sell. People pay good money to shop at Goodness Me and no one deserves rude treatment from staff, especially a manager. This store will never have my business again and I have already found many other sources for products and supplements I regularly purchased at this location.

Ive been going to various GM stores over the years, but this one is a problem in that the vegetables are often not fresh - various beet varieties yesterday were mushy, green kale going off, chestnuts not firm showing age, and several times I bought avocados that didn't ripen properly - possibly from too cold storage disrupting the ripening process. Often find packaged products like gluten-free lentil pasta much higher at all GMs than at places like superstore and other grocery stores. Also, they won't take back items sold at other GM if they happen to not sell that item. Bit of pain.

Goodness Me Bradford location is a great store. It is well organized, stocked, clean and the staff are helpful.
