Tricirose Lagliva, home care worker, at Just Like Family Home Care-Richmond & Delta have been provided an excellent services to my care.She is a courteous, friendly, trustworthy and responsible worker. She willcomplete the tasks timely ,accurately and well organized without needing detailed instructions. She works hard and arrived at my place punctuallyand usually left my place which passed her work hours late in order to make sure work is done & safe. To the management, especially to Lisa and Tiffany, they are very easy to reach and talk with any concerns. My family is so grateful for all the support and advice we’ve received from Lisa and her Just Like Family Richmond team. My father’s dementia came on quicker than we expected, and we needed extra support to take care of him. They were able to set up a support plan that suited our needs within a week of the first consultation. Jessica, our care provider, is amazing with my father and he always looks forward to the days they spend together. They are so compassionate and knowledgeable!
