DO NOT USE THIS MAN'S SERVICES!!! Hire a contractor with qualifications he can back up with references. John Lynden is a scammer and will underbid everyone else to get the job but he is NOT QUALIFIED OR FIT TO DO IT. He did my floors with laminate and did an awful job of it. Everything he laid down is now separating at EVERY seam. The laminate has now got gaps between the boards, some of which I could stand a dime in. He did not remove what was left of the original tiles before he laid the floor and where the old tiles were missing, he just laid the laminate over top of it all.. Now all my floors are buckling and warped, with gaps showing between it all. HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!! He also does not guarantee his work.DO NOT LET HIM PAINT ANYTHING EITHER!!! He should have done the painting BEFORE he laid the laminate. Everywhere he painted, he left paint all over the new floors he just laid down BECAUSE HE DIDN'T EVEN USE DROPCLOTHS. He is also a liar and will not honor the promisses he makes.Diana Gerrie, Hamilton On.

If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. Completely incompetent. Regrettably I had hired these guys to do some basic framing and plumbing in my basement and it all had to be redone. STAY AWAY!!!!
