Best spot in the west island, my twin and I come here for our nails since 2017 and we always get the best service. They have the best prices, they work really fast and they listen to the customer demands. 10/10!!

My friend referred me they always do her nails amazing. Service was ok but my pedicure was horrible. Filed uneven and polish on my skin. My nails first time putting on acrylic and they were so thick and filed uneven. So disppointed! Never going back!

I called on Monday to book an appointment for Tuesday for me and two of my other friends and surprisingly we were able to get spots. So I was super happy about that. Tuesday came, walked in the nail salon with my two other friends and the salon was FULL!!!! Wait wasn't too bad, around 15mins I'd say but what disappointed me is the fact that my friends and I all booked an appointment for 5 but we were seen at different times..... So that was unfortunate. I didn't rate this salon a full 5 stars because service was not good at all - my friends and I felt like we were just numbers. They were rushing on us since they were fully booked and other ladies started to line up for their appointments as well. The place was not neat at all... NAIL DUST EVERYWHERE! When it came to my nails, they picked the color for me and I really liked it however, the nail artist applied so many coats so now it looks like I have extremely fake nails when in fact I only asked for Shellac on my natural nails. For my two other friends, they had asked for Gel. They turned out nice however, under their nails were not filed properly so they have some type of gel or glue sticking out under their nails which sucks.... So after my experience there, I don't think I'd ever go back there... Price is affordable but the quality... I guess we can say you get what you pay for.... HMM.

I went there over the weekend. Only to know they're short of staff and the place was so dirty, u came in and bin is full of trash and smells. I am sorry but they need to get I business. It's a nice place, but cleaning up and more worker's needed, so they are not rushing when it's ur time.

The woman is extremely rude, dirty instruments, nail dust all over. I paid 50$ for gel with tips and 7 days after i had 2 broken nails. Returned to repair them, she screamed like crazy that it's my fault.Unprofessional!This is the worst place in 10 years i did my nails

If you haven't been ...you need to.Impeccable customer service and hands down thee most talented artists. You need a shape a length a color or design...they can do it. I will never go anywhere else. ❣️❣️❣️
