ON MOVING DAY

This company was an absolute nightmare and I do not recommend anyone waste their time with these movers, it was a terrible experience not something someone should experience on the day they are moving it's stressful enough. I spoke to the owner of this company who's name is bright he was not professional at all he had given me a price when I spoke to him for a quote he had advised me that I was getting the best price so he continued to ask me questions about my home and how many bedrooms my house had to get an idea of how big the home was so I could get an accurate quote for my move.. I had explained everything I made it clear I had a four bedroom home to be moved I made it clear I had two stoves and 2 fridges that needed to be moved and of course more furniture, I was given a price and a contract to sign with that price my moving day was booked, so when the day came he had made it a nightmare for myself and family first off he didn't want to move anything to begin with because he said we had too much to move for the price he had given me, and second we offered more money so we weren't left stuck without being able to move.. as the day went on they moved everything out of our old house when they came to our new home they had damaged our walls put a hole in a brand new door and scratched our brand new floors. 6 hours passed I went to give him the money we agreed upon the second time when he came and didn't want to move to begin with and when I went to hand him over the money he screamed yelled and shouted so unprofessionally that he wanted more money. Long story short please do yourself a favour and don't book with this man it was the worst experience I've had to go through. I also posted picture of the damage they had caused. This was a scam for more money.

Bright and his team did a great job with our move between two cities. The quoted price was very reasonable compared to ther quotes I got. He was very professional before and during the move day which went very smoothly and efficiently.I highly recommend them for any moving job.Thanks Bright!

This company was very helpful the guys went above and beyond and they are very professional I will recommend them to anybody and will the price was perfect Hyundai with gentle with all of my possessions nothing broke thank you guys I really appreciate you and your business
