Delta Green Cab
I fell asleep on my phone and ended up missing all my buses that take me to work. I called green cabs in a bit of a panic and they found a cab driver right away! Within 10 minutes I was out the door and made it to work just in time! They saved me from getting into big trouble.The cab driver was very nice! This is my second time with green Cabs and so far best service from any cab I have gotten in the Vancouver area.Thank you guys!

Booked a cab for an early morning flight for 6 people plus luggage. I called the next evening to ensure that the reservation was still in place and they confirmed. The next morning the cab was 25 minutes late. We called and were told only 10 more minutes. Needless to say we were lucky to catch our flight as the airline was having their own problems. Reading similar reviews I have to wonder where the service is in this industry?

dishonest driver. Was coming back to richmond from the airport, he tried to charge us more for the flat rate (maybe he thought we were tourists) Did that THREE times even after I pointed out where we were on the flat rate maphe was nice to help us with our luggagethis is why people hate cabs and prefer uber. transparency, honesty, and subject to being rated and called out.

Gurpar arrived in the time dispatch specified and gave us a call when he was 2 minutes away. We were strapped for time. He made sure we made it on the last ferry. He was friendly and personable. This company will be our future choice for cabs on the mainland

I book cab to the airport driver came on time and he was so kind he gave us time to check documents and any other things in case we are forgetting and he helped us with luggage great experience I usually book Uber for everyday travel but I’d prefer having a green cab when it comes to airport

We booked the cab for an early morning airport pick up! Our driver arrived early and waited for us. He was really polite and very helpful to load and unload my heavy baggages. Offered complimentary water bottle as well for our trip!

Prices are absolutely scandalous. 15 minute journey from the ferry ended up costing $40. Avoid this company! If you can wait for an Uber, do. No wonder taxi companies are losing out to Ubers and Lyft when this is how much they charge. Extortionate. The meter goes up 10 cents every 2 seconds!

When I need the green cab, they're always ready to get me to where I need to go. I've had the drivers stop for me to pick items up.When I need a driver, Green cab has always been available.Only issue is the app. I always call for a ride.

Disgusting service from their central office. After they dropped us off at the wrong hotel and then accused us of booking to get dropped there (ridiculous claim as we didn’t even know that hotel chain was in Vancouver…) they then lied about sending us a replacement taxi after we’d been waiting for 45 mins, then when I called back they had no taxis available to correct their mistake, then refused a refund, then started hanging up the phone when we attempted to call. Worst of the worst, I’d personally not book again. The female operator when you call should be avoided at all costs, the male operator was useless but at least answered the phone
