My first time having this type of steak and I must say... Very, very good steak. I'll update my review as I go back to get various meats but for now I'm hooked on Japanese A5 Wagyu.

I just showed up one day and the guy at the counter was super knowledgable. Helped me pick what turned out to be the best steak I've had in my life. I didn't know how to cook Japanese Wagyu so I'm glad he had some great tips.

Incredible meat and knowledgable owners.I recently moved into the area over the autumn and was looking for a good butcher for QUALITY meat.The ribeye I purchased may be the best steak that's ever been in my mouth. Great selection and theyll do their best get you what you want if they don't have it!Will definitely return. Amazing butcher.

I dropped in for burgers today after reading FB posts. The burgers were exceptionally good! Better than any others I have tried since moving here from BC. This will be my butcher for sure. The owner was more than helpful. BTW the service was excellent!! Glad I found them.

An impressive range of products, from Alberta grass-fed beef and specialty cuts …to Miyazaki prefecture A5 wagyu and Hokkaido scallops.Super friendly service and very reasonably priced given current food inflation and the quality of international products.Opening hours are limited (see picture current as of Sep 2022). Very close to the ring road.

Nice selection of beef and bison, smaller pieces like a $15 bison ribeye to try out. Staff is friendly. There is available in-house dry aging available which I would like to try at a later date.Update: sous vide and then pan seared the bison steak and it was incredible! Definitely will buy from them again.Got an 120 day aged steak from them too as another customer couldn't afford his entire order. Very fun to try!

We absolutely love this place, we've been coming here for our beef and chicken for over a year now and the gentlemen that almost always helps us is incredibly knowledgeable and is always able to answer our questions! He's even helped us with a beef jerky recipe! Definitely recommend!
