I had an amazing time with Lucy! She did a great job understanding my haircut needs and giving me tips on how to style my hair. She was super friendly and professional and I’ll keep coming back because of her. I also opted for a hair treatment, and she introduced me to L’Oréal steam pod and how to use it as well!

Made an appointment on the phone for today, for a full head of blonde foils at 1pm. Arrived at 12:55, they informed me my stylist had not yet arrived. At 1:05 a lady rushes in the door and brings me over to her chair. Wasn’t impressed that already she was late but anyways. She asked what I wanted and I said as light as you can go, and showed her a picture of what I wanted over the next few months, understanding it can’t be done in one sitting. Her immediate response was ‘that’s not my job, there’s only 2 girls that do blonde here’. If I had known that this morning I wouldn’t not have booked on the phone. What a waste of time.

My wife took keratin treatment to straightening Frizzy hair. They informed before treatment that the straightening will lost for a 4-6 months but didn't stay even for a week. It was my first time getting my hair done like this and Wendy was very lovely! She definitely knows what she’s doing and was wonderful to converse with. She listens to what you want and makes sure that you’re on the same page before she starts anything. You could really tell she loves what she does by the way she gets excited about things. She definitely made my experience a great one. I will be coming back for sure! :)

Women who did my wife's hair was very insulting. Overall the hair was done poorly (I could have done as well as her husband) and she said you're more needy than bride" can't think of a more insulting statement to a bridesmaid in the service industry on wedding day. Would not do what she asked. Basically forced her into a 1 minute bang trim even though she said she doesn't want it or like what she had done and charged her 12 extra dollars for it. Finished 15 minutes early but charged full price plus the bangs."

We professionally asks them questions about hair musk that we burchesd 3 weeks ago but they tought we are thefts and come to check that we stole it. They are trouble the two girls who work on July 9 are the most horrible people on planet earth. We hate you guys so much than you think.

Not impressed with the haircut I received from Lucy. Both sides are a different length and she cut my hair so short I’m unable to put it in a ponytail and anyone who knows me knows my hair is always up. $67 went to waste and I’m so not impressed.

After several of months and a lot of money trying to gradually go from a brunette to a blonde with a goal to achieve minimal damage to my hair as possible it was destroyed within 20 minutes. The stylist didn’t listen to my request to fix a small issue with some spottiness I had from my previous appointment with her and Instead covered it with a toner that was way too dark causing my hair to go from beautiful blonde tones back to brown and not only that but the root area was like a brassy orangey purple that is just awful! I washed it to see if it would fade and it has a bit thankfully but my roots are still weirdly brassy purple and on top of that it’s so damaged that pieces of my hair literally just breaks off.In 44 years of my life my hair has never been this damaged not even close and I could just cry!Needless to say I won’t be returning to that salon again.

just had a haircut by Wendy. didnt know what I wanted. she cut my hair and knew exactly what to do. love it!
