Our 6 year old SUV looks brand new after the necessary body work was done. Plus much to my surprise, the car was also cleaned inside and out. Very professional quality work by the Kentville staff. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the Annapolis Valley without hesitation. Well done. Can't thank you enough.

Car came back to me with tail lights loose and collecting moisture, spoiler over back window was extremely loose on left side after having the hatch painted due to a small rust spot around my Mazda logo. Called the dealership that had sent it to them and explained the situation. They called Fix auto and then told me to call them directly and they would handle it. I called and left a message, no return call so tried the next day and was told the gentleman I was looking for was not in. I explained to the very friendly lady what was wrong, she said she'd have someone call me. Call was returned and when I told him what was wrong he said no dear

I am so very happy with the service that was provided. From the time they got me in to take pictures for the insurance claim up until my vehicle was ready to be picked up, the staff were all friendly and professional. The vehicle looks better than new. I also really appreciate that they cleaned my car both in and out before I picked it up. 5/5

Was rear-ended, and insurance had a couple of in-service options for repair, FIX Auto was one of them. They seemed good based on the reviews, I took a chance and went with them. All in all really happy with their work and service. Work was done quickly, with easy coordination with the rental car company, and when they returned my car it looked like it was new, inside and out. I drove away almost wondering if I got a brand-new car.

Been taking my vehicles here for years. The service is great, they are very accommodating and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They deal with alot of insurance companies and are preferred shop for quite a few I guess. I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicles the whole time they had them, and they always made sure I got the best treatment from my insurance company.....which if you've ever dealt with one in the case of an accident, you know how how hard that can be.

We chose Fix Auto after my Jeep had the front end torn off in a fender bender.I have never had an accident before and had no idea what to expect.They were in touch with me during the repair and understood how important my Jeep was to me.I was immensely impressed with work they did and how my Jeep looked brand new when I went to pick it up!!They even buffed out the minor scratches that I had!!So happy with Fix Auto!! I went through an insurance claim with this shop, They were very patient, and very professional. Insurance took their time and wrote the car off, But the people at fix auto managed to make the car look better than it was before even on my dollar rather than insurances backed up with a great price. Greg is a great guy, Very easy to deal with. (First 3 pictures are before repair)

Super at customer service .Can not tell the repairs from the original paint or parts that were installed.Went to pick up the car they took care of the rental return.
