Hôtel Le Rivage
Comfortable and good continental breakfast. Friendly staff. A bit far out of Montreal but you can drive to the Metro and get to the city from there. Cost us 9 dollars to park car for the day but if you are early it's free if you can find a space.

I had a standard room which is very basic. It's an old hotel that has been dressed up but I'm sure the themed rooms are nice. There are a few perks for hotel guests that wish to attend the spa which is what I'm doing. There is even a shuttle to take you to the spa

This is a very good place. Beware of the bed footers sticking out to grab your toes. Also, the shower is great but is slick and has no hand holds.

This used to be our go-to getaway spot before the packages drastically changed! We loved booking 2 nights with a spa entry that could last up to 2 days if you were in before noon on the second day! Now, you can only get 4 hours of spa time for the price it used to be even when booking 2 nights at the hotel! I am very disappointed with the huge spikes in price. What used to cost us $500 for the weekend is now over $1000! It is no longer worth the drive for us.

The hotel's limited parking spaces proved to be a major drawback during my stay. Arriving in the evening, I faced great difficulty in finding a parking spot and was left with no choice but to park in the electric car space. To my dismay, I received a hefty $175 ticket from the police the next morning. The hotel staff's response was disappointing, as they simply acknowledged the issue without offering any real solutions. They casually mentioned a nearby shop's parking lot, leaving me to navigate the unfamiliar roads and search for an alternative parking option. This lack of proper parking arrangements and the hotel staff's unhelpful attitude left me thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience.In the process of checking out lady at the front desk gave incorrect refund and called us in few minutes asking to return.

The Hotel was okay. Definitely a 3 star hotel. The room itself was outdated. My girlfriend and I stayed in the Atlantis Suite. The room looked like it hasn't been updated since the 90s. There were so many switches in the room for the lights but no master switch to shut all them off. The bed was one of the worst beds I have slept on. It was very uncomfortable and it felt like it was slanted to the point where I could fall off if I turned in my sleep. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and the location is right across the street from the spa. Overall, it wasn't the best but for the price, you can't beat it for where you are.

The spa, massage facilities, everything was great BUT I have been in contact for the last month and a half to get my insurance receipt from the spa for my massage. I was never given a paper receipt so I emailed them asking if they could send me my receipt. They said yes and said to wait up to 10-14 business days. I did. Nothing came, messaged again. Same deal. I booked the massage experience Feb 11, 2023. I have STILL not received my receipt and any time I contact them they tell me it's coming and to wait. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and the lack of care I'm receiving for an insurance receipt. I gave them my reservation number, all the details, it shouldn't be THIS HARD to send me my receipt. I'm never going back there because of how ridiculous this back and forth communication has been just to get my insurance receipt. If it wasn't for this I would've said it was a very lovely experience: nice baths, beautiful rest areas, beautiful nature. Only downfall (other than ridiculously bad customer service): it was Very crowded.

The spa is a gem and the massages are fantastic. The only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is the female changing room. The changing room is so badly constructed and so cramped that takes away your good experience in the spa. It is not clean and showers are disgusting. I hope the facility can do something about this. Other than that a great place to decompress.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! My boyfriend spent 469.00$ for my birthday on a room which was very basic. They didn’t have anything special, also the complementary breakfast was a joke! They only had muffins and a few other options. The hotel has to step up their game , I’ve stayed at many hotels and airbnbs w better service for less the price. If you’re going to the spa, book another hotel nearby and save your money. Please improve your hotel because I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
