This team really goes above and beyond for their customers! I really appreciate the help getting my car in order after hours on a moment's notice from a new customer. I would have been in a pickle if this didn't happen:I got home from work and heard air hissing out of my tire from a piece of metal it picked up. It was just before 5:30 (which when they close) and I was calling frantically to try and find a place in Cobourg that would still be open, after finding out Canadian Tire and Walmart were overbooked.I finally called Goodyear one mi ute before they closed and without hesitation they said they would stay late for me!Once again, it's much appreciated and I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!

Had a flat on 401 driving to Ottawa from Toronto. Had the spare on but didn't want to drive the whole way on it. Called them to see if they could help. Told us to come in and they would take a look. Looked at tire as soon as we got there. We had a puncture so had to put a new one on. Did the work right away. Back on road in about an hour. Thanks to Ian and Cobourg Auto. Super helpful and friendly.

A friend recommended him about my 2013 Chevrolet Captiva Sport .I understood what he was trying to say but there's a way to explain it and i didn't appreciate how he spoke to me.Plus in the end he couldn't have done anything without me coming out of pocket,and why would i ,since im paying for a warranty.And still can't get the work done.I didn't say you worked on my car.And j did come there.I spoke to a short white gentleman.I was supposed to come back that following Monday,but decided not too.My car was a 4 door gray Captiva,the friend who recommended me,works at a business on Pierson Road.
