Every contact and every interaction felt like an exceptional level of care and attention to detail. While the process is not yet complete due to Covid delaying the funeral mass service, the level of care to this point leaves me in no doubt that this organization is comprised of caring, thoughtful people, particularly the two I dealt with, Don Valiquette and Amber Boucher. Staff were well organized and explained the process in detail.They respected our needs and wants and allowed us time to make decisions and consult with other family members.The visitors at the visitation were greeted by staff who were very helpful.The grave side service was peaceful and all present were given opportunity to participate and say final farewells.Very knowledgable and professional staff who demonstrated compassion for all.

I have been to many funeral services over the years for both direct family members as well as friends and relatives. As the person who was managing the process, i was guided very well along the way. The customer service from the management team was also excellent to work with in these trying times and that really helped us through this. Professional and courteous sums it up nicely. I would not hesitate to reach out to the Dignity team again.
