The Laundry

I wouldn’t even give one star.. I had called and asked what the hours were and explained that I just needed to dry my clothes as there was an unexpected problem with the dryer in my building..said I would be right there as I live just down the street and when I got there he very rudely told me I could not dry my clothes as it’s his “policy” that one cannot come to just wash or dry.. I told him it was me who just called etc and he was still very rude.. do not waste your time going there

Cleaned and packed drop off service.

Dirty, run down. Unhelpful staff and rude, yelling at clientele like they are hard of hearing. Opened late. No heat in building. It’s -17 outside. Will not return. Would give zero rating if I could.

I went there to wash my work coveralls and work jacket. The gentleman asked me if there is any oil on it. I said no. Just a bit of dust from work. He said ,”no problem you can use the machines. A lot of people complain about work clothes with oil “. That is totally understandable. He was very nice, polite and calm about the conversation. I been to other places where they are rude and not nice. The gentleman was a true gentleman. I am coming back here again to wash my dusty work clothes. The machines are also very fast and the place is super clean. You can tell they take care of their place of business. 10 starts out of 5

Their drop off service is incredible! Our laundry was done so quickly, smells amazing, and our whites are so white! Great price too! Will always bring my bedding here now

Expensive. Controlling owner and does not respect privacy. Only take Cash, no debit.

A bit pricey for the washers, and sometimes not too friendly to sone people . They need some extra seating, as waiting 2 hours standing isn't fun. I do like that they have different size washers for everyone's needs.

The owner hates breaking change from small bills and is generally unpleasant to deal with. Best bet is to go to the bank and withdraw 10 loonies for medium to large wash loads and dry for 25 minutes. Owner asks what size laundry I needed and I reply whichever I needed. Don't worry about which laundry machine size I am using. I am choosing the bigger one for $2 more, so why be rude? I've been here 3 separate times, each as unpleasant as this one. I will keep going to the laundromat on Whyte Ave-- these guys are much friendlier and better in every way!
