I am very happy with the staff at Centerpoint Mall clinic, specially Mandakini is always helping me by accommodating me anytime for appointments,providing me supplies its always good to see her happy face whenever I visit this clinic.Even Niloofar is also very helpful. I have recommended few of my friends to come to this location. I'm so happy I selected this location.

Just returned from Hearing Solutions at Centerpoint Mall with my elderly father. The clinician, Niloofar, was kind, compassionate and professional while assisting dad. She was efficient yet didn’t make the appointment feel rushed. Mandakini, the admin person was also very helpful when we arrived. Thank you both!

HiI just had my yearly hearing check up and was very happy with the staff there.Mandakini is a very Friendly receptionist and always welcomes and treats you as an important client.Over the last few years I have had about 5 different audiologists and I must say that Niloo Abravani is by far the best one I have had so far.She was very friendly and knowledgable.She explained everything to me and answered all my questions in a way that I understood.She made adjustments to my hearing aids and improved them.She was more than helpful in all ways.I would highly recommend this Hearing Solutions for their friendly ways and their expertise.Thank you Niloo and Mandakini for a pleasant experience and look forward to next time.Have a nice day.

What a great professional technicians this company has! I was at the CenterPoint Mall Hearing Solutions today and Ms. Niloofar Abravani was the hearing specialist and she was very helpful and professional. Administrator (Ms. Mandakini) was also nice and very helpful. They are the most helpful group who really know their business when it comes to your hearing concerns or any questions regarding it. From my experience, the service provided by Doctor Niloofar and her receptionist Mandakini was exceptional. Doctor Niloofar was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide me with a thorough examination. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire appointment, and I felt comfortable and well-cared for in her care.

I had my first hearing test in my life on Apr 6 at Hearing Solutions Centerpoint Mall. I received a very good professional help from excellent clinician Niloofar. I am very happy now - no pain, feel very well. It was also a good assistance from Admin person - Mandakini. Staff is very friendly and polite.
