I've known Heather for 20 years as a teacher and music professional. There a few people I know that are committed to promoting the gift of music. She is extremely dedicated and is always focused on what's best for her students. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather to any friend or acquaintance looking music lessons in Hamilton.

Heather has been my wonderfully supportive and encouraging piano teacher for over five years now. My middle child was lucky to have Heather as her teacher for several years and after seeing how much she thrived under Heather's guidance, I decided to give it a try. I never thought I'd be able to play hands together or learn a scale, but with gentle encouragement, positive feedback and excellent teaching, I'm now in grade four and loving it! It's not always easy to find time to practice juggling kids, a job and workouts (and life), but time at the piano has a meditatively restorative quality to it. Thanks Heather for being there for me!

Excellent teacher. Both of our kids love her. Only drawback was the waitlist to get a spot with her at the beginning. But it was worth the wait.

Heather is amazing with our young daughter in her weekly lessons. Heather is patient, kind and structured in her approach. Our daughter always looks,forward to her lessons and her skills are developing at a nice pace. We highly recommend Heather!

Heather has taught both my children piano for the past 6 years. She is gentle, patient and she genuinely enriches children with the experience of making music. My son, who tends to give up quickly on things, asks to keep playing year after year because she is so patient with him. And yet she is also an excellent teacher for those who want to pursue more serious piano.

Our daughter who is currently working on her grade 5 piano has been with Heather for approx 5 years. During this time Heather's amazingly patient attitude and guidance has created a love of music with our daughter. Our daughters musical development has carried over into other aspects of her life particularly as it pertains to her commitment to school work. If your looking to make a positive impact on your child's life all my wife and I can say is working with Heather will at least point your child in the right direction within a safe and caring environment.
