Products are great lots of interesting items to browse and purchase staff is friendly and helpful I just find it a tad dark which makes it hard to see prices and makes it harder to make a decision

I love this store. Lots of interesting items. I've always found the staff really nice and attentive. I feel like there's not a lot of new items very ofteb. But I enjoy going in and taking a look.

I've been in Spencer's a few times, but this is the first time I've ever bought something. The staff were super helpful and really friendly, I was able to find everything I was looking for and even a few things I didn't even think about. The selection is massive and they have something for everyone. Whatever your tastes, Spencer's will definitely have something for you.

I like this store. Would really appreciate seeing the clothing come in better options of size. Instead of XL or rare XXL. Should be similar to Hot Topic, up to 3X.I love the hats, and neat decor, jewelry etc.Prices are a bit steep though.

Everytime I go to this location for jewelry they push so hard to sell me their Jojoba oil which I do not want. Today I went in with my friend and she was manipulated into buying the oil, and shamed for the product she normally uses, it was making her very anxious and she caved in and bought the product that she didn't plan to buy. The sales approach was very rude and unkind. I do understand how sales work, but it's unacceptable to talk to anyone the way we were being talked to.

I came in here today with my four-year-old daughter to purchase some earrings I was greeted by a person at the door asking me if I needed help and then I said no I just walked in I'm just gonna take a look around and then she was like whatever and walked away rudely once I kind of found what I was looking for I asked for help then the person that was rude to me in the beginning came to help us. My kid was standing in front of me as we were looking in the show case and the girl budge in front and did not say excuse me and in the process almost knocked over my kiddo. She did not even say sorry either. At this time I'm thrown back by this worker and wonder how did she even get hired here with her unprofessionalism. We went to pay at the desk for the earrings and which I had some American money around the house I wanted to use and they said we will not except that. I told her it's legal and it's money you can not refuse the method I choose to use. Then she told me to use another method or to get out of the store because they were to busy but at the time I was the only one in the store. So I use d another method of payment just to get out of there. After we left even my daughter was like why were they so mean to me and you. Honestly I told her it's because there bully's and don't know how to treat people. My kid even said to me I don't ever wanna come back here. Same kiddo that was the worst customer service I have ever had. Both girls working there need to be fired and friendly people need to be hired.

The staff is always super helpful and never make me feel weird for asking about weird gift ideas. They also have really great deals on most of the time. Also one of the best places for reasonable alternative jewelry.

I go there for tinted sunglasses and trippy apparel. I’ve gotten lots of psychedelic pieces there and enjoy meeting the employees as they are all usually super kind and helpful.

Super poor customer service. I wanted a lava lamp but they did not have it in stock. The guy helping me looked it up and 7 Oaks had 13. The guy advised me he would have it transfered in and call me. Went in a week later to see it was not ordered. The person now helping me was the manager and she advised it was missed and she would call me....she never did. I even confirmed my number they had in their book. Went in a week later and still not ordered....and another call back offered....NOBODY CALLED! This was supposed to me a Xmas gift. I have given up at this point. Thanks for nothing.
