Staff are grate and Friendly. Blond hair guy i delt with today was a cool kid he did what he could do.. no complaints with him.... although the quality of products is shady from my opinion in my experience so far...I bought a dab rig. After the 6th day the steam got to hot and poped off. Mind u it was being used well at the time....quality is bad in some products in my opinion the the Dab pen works grate though.I can say it works well it can be a bit hotter though in my mind.. Yucan it could have upped the amps from the standerd pen to the xl as its going up elements but not oms dousnt help with that feel of a fat hoot... Its deciving and you get nice ripsU xan recommend a yucan pen. Xls seems a bit cheap though.. so go with a standerd one i would recommend...the caoating is allready coming off in a week alot of plastic Peace's make it seam cheap to the feel of it in your hands compared to the old standerd one...I proceed to go to and show them what happend with by dab rig lol Need better quality items i say less then 1 week return if u can find your recept.He didnt know what to do. I dont blam him.I had to grab a new bong from the case my self as me asking for a new one wasnt clear enough....lol. Good kid though. I think he was shocked and confused at the time. How many times douse a mofo come in with a steam that poped off cause it got to hot..lol.. Only 10% off a new bong for shady products...no recept. My fault i was in a rush only time i had atm..... its Someware around here..lol less then a week old and closed over Holliday's. Nothing you can do but loose out... Haha quality i guess ... Just dubble check your quality of seams.. duuble check connections betweens stems dont want to have to hit up a dab rig and the steam to pop off again. Burn a hole in the foor of ur house haha... Trying to re-attach the end failed.just made it worse..lol hahahAlthough. All i can say is keep an eye on the seams if thier is a white mark on the steam seam heat will pop it as its not a good seal....... dont buy it. its a fulty oneKeep heat away from steam ....Really take a look at your steams seam and make sure thier is no white marks or cracks in the seams. Xause as soon as they heat up pop gos the steam. Lol.And dont try to re attach it with Rison on it ahhahahaNew one dont pop please

Everything that I have bought here has broken. The first vape pen they had actually made a valid effort to resolve the issue but it just did the same thing after. I later bought a Max Vital and it broke to the day warranty was up. The company for that unit cant seem to be reached and dont reply. Basically i got told that was my problem at smokeanagan even though they sure don't tell you it was likely to die in 6 months when you buy it. I will not be buying another thing here. They should have either refunded me of gave me a new one. If you buy something here and it breaks, your problem i guess. I feel ripped off, whats worse is they didn't seem to care. Your rude employee working their today should make more effort to work with your customers, not hang up on them. Ridiculous!!Update: Sometimes people remove their reviews when businesses go above and beyond to make a problem right. In this case as per requested I contacted the owner. I was offered a discount off buying something else. Sorry thats just not good enough. Im out a couple hundred dollars on this unit alone not to mention the other thing I bought and they want to give me a discount on spending even more in there. Not happening. Lets compare this to hamburgers. Lets pretend you get a hamburger at AW and its totally incorrect. You just want what you ordered, they offer you a discount on something else. Not very good service.

Was happy with the service on purchasing. However they don't back there products. Vape pen battery won't hold a charge after a month and the associate at the store tried to blame anything but a problem with the pen. Wouldn't listen to my issue at all because he knew better. Now I'm stuck with a $70 pen I got 3 weeks use of. Won't be shopping here again.Edit: 2 weeks and no email reply.... Used the contact address on the website.

This store has some of the most knowledgeable staff and an incredible selection. They have not only fixed a battery I purchased there, but also one from another location in town. In my experience, they have always honored their products.They have an excellent stock that is always being upgraded and improved with the newest products. I can say nothing but good things about this location and their incredible customer service.

The most wonderful staff work here and their hours are awesome - it's kinda hard to tell if they're open while driving by because the sign doesn't face the road for some reason. Awesome spot all around though!

I'm appalled by the customer service from the manager Sarah. I had purchased some vape coils from her last night. I had previously bought 2 coils a week prior but they had been the wrongs ones and burning through too quickly. So when I went in last night I explained my issue with the coils I bought from them and need the correct ones for this vape. I asked just in case if the coils are defective/burning through too quickly if I can get some sort of reimbursement but when she told me no not really. I then went home and tried the new coil and it was terrible, it didn't last longer than 20 minutes. So I called them and the gentle man on the phone was nice he told me if I have the receipt and the device then I can come in and get a return. So then I proceeded to another vape store and I explained my situation with the lady at vape street and she gave the correct coils and also told me some helpful information for why those ones were burning through. Turns out I give it a try when I get home and they are the right ones. So I go back to smoke Okanagan and Sarah is in and I tell her I spoke to her employee about getting a return on the coils she sold me last night and it's just not pleasant. She proceeds to tells me that she couldn't return them and related her store to Walmart, how I couldn't do this if I bought bad bananas and wanted to return the bananas without them. Everything I would say she'd have an attitude and some sort of defense mechanism and frankly just plain rude. In the end she gave me my money back but was not happy about it. I won't be going back there, she ruined it for me even though the other employees are nice.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. They’ve helped me out a ton since I’m new to vaping, they always have time for trouble shooting and advice. I really appreciate that they care to make sure I’m happy with my purchases. Thank you!!

Aesthetically pleasing interior, and super nice staff! The girl that helped me took the time to look for something in the back for me, and the store has great prices too! They had everything I needed for my new dab set up, and had extra cute dab tools and torches too!Will definitely send my friends here, over anywhere else in the city !

Great little headshop!After stopping in at hemp city next door and not finding the product that I was looking for, I was pleasantly surprised to find it here at Smokanagan.The staff was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for when I mentioned it and it’s exact location in the store.Such a neat little shop to check out.Their glass is amazing, decently priced too!The predator steam punk styled statue in the front window is pretty rad too!I highly recommend this shop over all others in the downtown core.

They used to have an amazing selection of glass products. Now it's barely a single case. There were 4 of us in the store and 2 employees. We didn't even get a second look much less any help. Plus it stunk almost like a toilet had backed up. We left and haven't gone back since.
