Tank Surgeon

We just had Eddie from the Tank Surgeon clean out our cistern and he did an amazing job in the time frame he told us. He's very pleasant and goes the extra mile. We ran into an issue getting water and even though it had nothing to do with the job he'd done he came back to see if he could help sort out the problem. Thanks to him we found out what we should be doing and the situation resolved itself. We would highly recommend his services.

When our water system got installed almost four years ago, we chose to have a 1,000 gallon concrete cistern to hold our deep well water. Our water is excellent but has a high level of iron. Our cistern needed cleaning and Eddie came as planned, did a great job, and was most personable. Cleaning a cistern is not an easy job, but Eddie knows how to do it well. Thanks Eddie!

I had lived in my home for 1 1/2 years and I found out that the cisterns had never been cleaned. I was provided with Eddie's name and he came to my rescue!!! I feel so much better knowing that my water is now being stored in an extremely clean holding tank.! Eddie was prompt, efficient, and provided excellent service. We desperately needed our cistern tank cleaned. I called the Tank Surgeon and the were available right away. They showed up on time with all of their equipment. My tank was cleaned in the time he quoted. Our cistern tank looks like we just installed it. It it brand new. Thank you Tank Surgeon. I will never let our tank go that long again. I will see you again next year.

I can't say enough great things about Eddie the Tank Surgeon! He just cleaned our 3000-gallon cistern and he was professional and courteous from start to finish. We left our cistern cleaning too long (oops!) and he was able to get it back in tip-top shape in the estimated cleaning time. When I called to have our Cistern cleaned , I was given a date and a time , and Eddie showed up at the given time . after cleaning the cistern , which included vacuuming and wipe down with rags then the tank was sprayed with bleach ! I was extremely happy with the job that was done to the tank and the reasonable cost ! I would certainly get him again and also recommend him to clean your tanks !!

Excellent experience! Professional, responsive and great communication throughout the entire process. Tank Surgeon was able to accommodate both my neighbour and I on the same day. Was onsite and did the work as expected. Tank was thoroughly cleaned, we couldn’t have asked for better. Will definitely continue to have our tank serviced by Tank Surgeon!

We had a new well drilled and had lots of coal and rock flour build up. Our 2500 gallon cistern was filled with cement slur looking 'water'. Eddie came. Drained it. Fit himself into an impossible entry ' as our cistern is enclosed' then made it look brand new. He was very nice. Smiling the whole time. He was fast. Reasonable priced. Very knowledgeable about wells and cisterns and gave great advice to keep clean water. I never knew cistern cleaning was a thing. If you have ugly water in your holding tank and think it's impossible. Call the tank surgeon. He's AMAZING. You won't be disppointed. I was so happy. Now that I know you can clean cisterns I will be calling Eddie again. I would give 10 stars!

We had our 1000 gallon freshwater storage tank cleaned by Tank Surgeon last year. Because it had not been cleaned in more than five years, our tank had a lot of accumulated grime. The input pressure tank and more than 400 ft of plumbing from the well also required flushing. Eddie did a very thorough job of cleaning and sterilizing our entire freshwater system. This was a physically demanding job that was further complicated by only a limited supply of clean flushing water. Eddie worked really hard and was very resourceful in accomplishing this job.
