Close walking distance to sea level of old Quebec. About $8 Canadian per hour of parking. There's a store front in the village that has a lift up to Hotel Frontenac for $2.50 Canadian per person.

Multi level covered parking garage, you press for a ticket upon entering, there are 2 options when exiting, you can pay by credit card directly to an agent upon exiting, or prepay and exit the express way.

Very bad experience. The ticket machine was not working - it scanned the ticket but we were not able to pay. We went onto another exit counter and then it started showing ticket canceled. We needed help getting out of the parking lot and pressed the call button - the lady at the ticket booth was just observing us and extremely rude, borderline racist. She asked to pay cash only which we didn’t have and got looks! All signs clearly mentioned credit and debit card payments!Parking space - The elevators didn’t work and stairs had pee smell! We had kids and their strollers and it was a terrible experience.
