This place is amazing. I was very obviously a home cook and made a small purchase. The staff was very helpful and I felt like an important customer despite this. My final total was probably less than 1% of a commercial client but that had no impact on them treating me like a AAA client. One of the items I purchased had a small defect. They didn't have replacements in stock, but more on the way. When they received stock, I got a call right away telling me they reserved the most pristine piece for me. No hassle exchange. This will be my first stop for all my kitchen needs from now on.

Duane contacted me the next day and helped me build our kitchen from beginning to end. Duane was very helpful in educating me about the ins and outs of building a well-planned and functional kitchen. His expertise and knowledge about the business played an important role in making the process so much easier, especially since this is our first time venturing into the food business. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shelves are well organized with prices listed for all items. They have excellent Covid protocols in place. Prices are great especially compared to another store on the west end.

Alberta Food Equipment is a locally owned and operated store that specializes in food equipment for restaurants and kitchens that is open to the public. If they do not have something in stock, they will make it their mission to help you source it here in Edmonton or bring it in for you. Friendly staff, good prices and very knowledgeable.

All customers raise 5star Business owner and manager maybe lucky day.I go contract with this company for January of 2022 and sale guy name Kevin salahub promise me he can bring all stuff in 3months but now today ending of July 2022 my order not deliver to my restaurant yet. What that mean? My business wil delay 5 months , I lost 5 months of income.If someone try to go with this company need to see my recommendation fist before you choice this company.
