I didn't appreciate the attitude and tone while being interrogated about a cheque. The gentleman in front of me had the Similar interaction and left very upset. The male employee was just very rude and unprofessional. Bad customer service at one site and the other money mart I went to was more polite and respectful. Shame on that male employee.

This is one of the best money stores around. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. They always have a smile and are willing to help you with any questions or concerns you have.

this happened awhile ago, i was cashing a cheque and the girls there were giving unnecessary attitude towards me and it wasnt my first time there. other times i did go the girls and manager were always giving attitude toward indigenous ppls.so when i was being given attitude i wasnt surprised, but the fact they tried to hold my cheque for 14 business days is disgusting. they claimed i signed my cheque prior to entering the building, however i signed my cheque RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. this location is absolutely embarrassing. every other location is far less prejudice.

Super awesome service by the two ladies in the front, I believe their names were Ayul and Makida :) made the time there go swiftly and was treated very well by them! Keep up the good work ladies :) :)

Horrible. I would not recommend this company. Unless if you need money instantly for high necessity purposes, better find another lending platform or learn to save money.

Since when is it professional to interigate a customer about why they didn't cash their Moe $$ cheque at their bank? And then proceed to phone their bank to find out if they are lying. The banks were closed today. All day. Giving my husband such a humiliating and demeaning experience really sucks. Do better. Stop stereotyping indigenous people. We work hard too!

Good people, but went in for an installment loan today and got approved. Was told I would receive the funds in 30 mins - 2 hours. Didn't receive anything for over 5 hours, called the support line and was told they don't process etransfers on Saturdays. Now I am left with no money for the weekend, I wish they would have been honest with me at the store instead of just pushing me through. Bad experience.
