Rivet has been a blessing to our cafe twice! The first time, Rivet created a space that showcased our branding and worked with a small budget. We really wanted to create a comfortable, welcoming space and Rivet delivered. They were so great to work with we chose them a second time. We have been able to move locations and Rivet created another fantastic space! We have gotten such a great response from our customers who love it too! The whole team was great at understanding what we wanted and bringing ideas to the table. Definitely would recommend!

I have been working at Rivet Management since Nov 2019. I can say with all honesty that Nicole has her client's best interest at heart. Her designs are extremely well thought out. Tony's knowledge and willingness to get things done correctly is right up there.One thing that stands out is their cheerleading of the businesses/people they help out. You will not find another who promotes other people more!

I have photographed many of Rivet Management's projects and seen firsthand the high quality detail of craftsmenship and well thought out design. We used the Team at Rivet to design and build out a new office condo. We found they were helpful and easy to deal with. Their innovative design reflects our talent, efficient use of space (ergonomically designed), and in turn has helped us grow our market in the right direction. I would think of Rivet as an essential part of your company’s new construction/renovations, and marketing strategies as they go hand and hand!

We completed a project through them at the beginning of the year. They admit that they have been paid for the work we completed, and that they used the money that should have gone to us to pay others. It's been months and we still have not gotten paid. I've emailed them and called them multiple times and am basically getting ignored as they wont answer for over a month or two.

They designed and did the construction work for PhatBar Bakery & Café. The design captured our vision, and the construction was of high quality that fit the budget.

They were contracted for a store project by me and still after 6 weeks haven’t paid the contractors they hired and won’t respond. We paid them the owing amounts which should have been paid out immediately. Still no possible resolution and to boot they are still shopping at my store like nothing is happening. I’ve never had anything like this happen and it is absolutely unacceptable. Project money should be allocated to project contractors.

This was a highrise condo, with excellent infrastructure but very dated presentation. Rivet gutted, redesigned, + rebuilt the kitchen, opening up one wall + moving water lines. Rivet designed + contracted construction of kitchen furnishings, a wall unit/entertainment centre; + a wall-to-wall dresser/desk unit. Rivet refurbished walls, baseboards, mouldings, closets, light fixtures; + collaborated on the selection of colours, styles, fabrics, finishes, + furnishings.Throughout the project, all staff were reliable, helpful, cheerful, creative, knowledgeable, + consistently provided skilled, quality workmanship.Nicole herself provided exceptional attention to duty, going above + beyond when the situation warranted, providing innovative ideas + the energy to realize them, + offering herself for service at every level of the project.

Rivet produces exceptional work. Nicole is professional and talented. She has an eye for what will look good, lots of experience, and takes in to account your budget and preferences to bring to life something perfect for you. Highly recommend.

I am a very happy employee of Rivet Management. This team is nothing like the construction company I last worked for. Everyone is friendly and very helpful, which is not what you would expect from your typical construction company.The office culture is second to none, which has made my transition into this role great. Rivet is truly changing the game when it comes to design and construction and I am glad to be able to be a part of their growing team!
