While I can't speak to the sales or financing departments (as I bought my vehicle elsewhere), I have had fantastic experiences with the service! The first thing I noticed is how friendly and upbeat the employees are. You're greeted as soon as you walk in the door and they've been fantastic at explaining and answering questions.I recently got my oil changed here for the first time and was very impressed with the price on synthetic, which was cheaper than other dealerships and comparable to the drive thru quick change" companies.
