Today 26/04/2023 as a loyal customer of beneva la capital I called customer service at 4:30 pm I was on hold up to 7:15 pm some one answered the call just to tell me that they had no time to serve me great job beneva

Je donne une étoile puisque pour donner son avis on doit au moins en mettre une mais selon moi ils n’en méritent même pas une. Mon conjoint a demander une soumission pour son assurance moto et ils m’ont facturé à moi! Pas une mais deux fois!!! Et en plus on nous a fait attendre 4 heures au total au téléphone pour corriger LEUR erreur! Incroyable mais vrai et aucune excuse! Inacceptable comme service à la clientèle. Pas moi qui aurait contracté avec eux en tk! Bonne chance à mon conjoint si a un jour une réclamation avec eux.

Due to a misunderstanding from the agent, she called my husband a criminal. We were absolutely shocked. When he clarified the situation all was good. However we did not appreciate being treated that way. First experience as well. Hoping it gets better from there.

Excellent customer service!! Not something you hear often about an insurance company. I called to cancel my rental insurance that I forgot to cancel last year. Since I had changed my address, there was no problem. I was offered a retroactive refund, direct to my bank account and I didn't even need to ask.

The coverage is horrible. The program is so bad. You don’t even know which ones are covered. The checking tool is broken.So bad. I’m thinking about changing my job just because this garbage that we have to pay for every month.

Worst experience with this company. After canceling my insurance with them. They still went into my account to pull out money!! Someone was supposed to contact me to resolve the issues. Its been more than a month now. Still no call back from any departments. Beware of what's hidden behind their contracts.

Waiting time over 2 hours to speak to someone . Sent me a document that I had comments on the documents , called them back . another 1.5 hours . 4 hours for a simple document . trying to leave this company , imagine if you had an accident and youre trying to contact them

Update:they ask you to email to resolve this complaint but do not answer the email.Original:Do not insure with la capitale.I have been a customer for many years for house & car, always paid on time never claimed anything.Today I spoke to them about helping me pay for a leak in the attic that was not my fault and they have denied coverage for the very thing they are paid every month to cover.Terrible customer service, this is not a company that deserves your hard earned cash, if this is not rectified they will be losing a long time customer for life and getting a life time off bad word of mouth.

Over the past 3 weeks, I have received at least 6 if not more calls from Beneva (a subsidiary of La Capitale) asking if they could provide me a quote for insurance. After the 3rd or 4th call, I politely said: I am busy working on an important project so can you have someone call me in mid-March?" She said it wasn't a problem.However
