DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYTerrible communication about the construction process, uses unqualified trades and charges the insurance company for unnecessary work.We had a problem with our flooring install and they supported the unqualified flooring installers instead of us, their clients. Our brand new floors look like they are 10 years old after the improper installation and there is no support after the install. These people do some sketchy business to line their pockets with insurance payouts. I guess its fair, we had an old floor before the water damage and now we have a new floor that looks old.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
