I felt really unwelcomed, all I wanted was a dessert that was on the menu, they said they didn't have it and then asked for a menu item that had H" on it for Hot

3 of us had 2 drinks at this cafe about 2 PM on 5 July '23. Drinks were good, service was fine. I had a Taro drink with lots of actual Taro chunks in it, not just bubbles of Tapioca. It was recommended by the cashier and might have been a customized mix after my daughter, who's more of a bubble tea expert than I, described what I liked and that I didn't want coffee taste. It was hot outside, the AC was great inside, nice rest room, and they let us bring our small dog inside a travel bag.Note this is part of a chain; there are several Shuyi Tealicious" places in the area

Service was slightly slow and also the bubble teas themselves were as expected. The tapioca balls are the softer small side.Me and my partner had the1. Pineapple passion fruit2. Tarp Balls meet brown sugar

There are same stores on both side of the road. And I asked the server which side of road it is, she told me that she doesn’t know? How do you get to work every day. And then I finally find the right place. The whole pick up table is in a chaos. I was literally shocked. What a garbage service and management is this store. Maybe next time, hire someone who knows the direction and don’t mess up with the order

worst experience tonight. ordered the brown sugar plant milk with tapioca through uber eats and it looks like they gave me a literal cup of milk? i understand i ordered right before close but if the order can’t be fulfilled, it’s the restaurants duty to cancel it. I could not even drink the milk because the order was so off putting, i didn’t know if it was even actually plant based. there was not an ounce of brown sugar at all. i understand if it’s busy but what were the staff thinking. this was so disrespectful and a waste of my money. would not recommend

I'm really shocked this place has such a low rating. Maybe I'm on a different wavelength then everyone else but this is actually my favorite place for fruit teas in all of Toronto! Their variety/selection of fruit teas is massive, and although they can be on the expensive side compared to other tea shops, they always jam pack fresh fruits into each cup. The flavors are consistent, and whether I order from them via uber eats or stop by for takeout, the taste I love it always there.

Decent spot to get Bubble teas if you’re not in a rush. The servers try their best but it isn’t the usual fast service you’d expect at a tea shop. Nice vibe to the place and I like the quiet seating area at the back.

It took me quite some time, approximately 30 minutes, to find a suitable drink from the available options.Furthermore, the customer service left something to be desired. While my friends enjoyed their drinks, I didn't receive the same level of satisfaction. I specifically requested a drink with no sugar, but the staff informed me that it wasn't possible to accommodate that request. It was disheartening to not have my dietary preferences taken into consideration.In light of this, I would like to make a recommendation to the management. Adding some vegan-friendly and healthier options to the menu would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers like me. By offering more choices that cater to different dietary needs, the shop can attract a wider range of customers and provide a more inclusive environment.Despite my personal experience, I acknowledge that the shop does have a great selection of bubble tea flavors for those who do not have dietary restrictions. This encounter has left an indelible mark on my psyche, causing immense discomfort and distress.The employee's attitude was beyond poor; it was utterly appalling. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and an attitude of indifference. It was as if my presence inconvenienced them, and any attempt to seek assistance was met with devalued and disrespected.I sincerely hope that you address this issue seriously and make substantial improvements within your organization to prevent others from enduring similar discomfort.

I announce this is the best bubble tea place ever (not one of the best, but “The Best! ) They offer the perfect variety of options including super healthy ones! Simply love the quality of their tea drinks. They use the most fresh ingredients and follow your instructions strictly to make the truly personalized tea drinks for you! Super delicious!
