North Port Re-Tired

I misplaced my wallet in a U-Haul truck which I returned to this location. I then drove back to my home in London Ont. Next day I called Northport Tire & Wheel inquiring about my wallet. They did find it in the truck. I asked them to mail it to me and Iexplained I was willing to e-transfer them the money to ship it prior to shipping. I asked them to get me a price and I'd pay it right then. They told me they don't accept e-transfer and they don't do leg work. They were polite but not accommodating at all. I had to drive back the next day all the way from London Ont just to get my wallet.Thanks for nothing Northport Tire & Auto!

Been going to Northport for year’s and never had any issues. Solid prices for tires and services.Their Customer Service from Michelle and Larry is simply the best. This place is a gem.

Disappointed and embarrassed today. I have been going to this shop for 15 plus years purchased all my tires here and have even stored my tires here with no problems. I have always spoken highly of this shop and recommended people to go there. Today I ate my words in embarrassment.The lady at front desk was very rude to my sister who brought my vechical in for me to get my two tires looked at and either repaired or replaced. My mom happened to stop by the shop wanting to possibly pay for 2 of the tires for me as a suprise if it needed it and asked the front staff lady if she could possibly quote all 4 tires to be replaced. The lady snapped at my mom and said her car is not here for new tires and wasn't quoting for that either.DISGUSTED AND DONE!

North Port has been part of my life for a long time now. They have amazing customer service, they do not over price you, and it's family owned. I believe in supporting our Comnunity businesses and North Port is always made me feel appreciated. Matt has taken over so it's staying a family business and he's doing an amazing job.. Thank's Matt and dad of course...

I'm ever SO thankful for Matt, and his business. He very likely saved my life, and possibly my family's. One of my wheels started making a noise late on Friday night, and my usual place wasn't open until Monday, I couldn't get in to Canadian Tire for days. I called Matt on Saturday morning, hoping they'd be open, and he was willing to stay open long enough for me to get there. He discovered that when my winter tires were swapped for my All Seasons, that person had put anti seize on all the posts (yes, I had them re-torqued after). There was only 1 bolt holding my wheel on, all the rest had become loose. If I hadn't gone to see him, who knows what would have happened later the same day, or the next. I will definitely tell everyone I know to go to North Port, and he now has a new lifelong customer. I really can't thank him enough for his efforts!

These guys are fantastic, i keep forgetting to right a review, i always recomend them for any tire related things winters to summers install everything, they are more than willing to help you just like today i got my winters on yesterday by them needed tire installed on the rim and my car fealt funny driving wasnt even to do with the tire being low but thank god i looked and saw it was low, i stopped by after work to see if they could just check the pressure and the guy heard hissing from a nail in the tire, they rolled it in to just fill it up so i could come back tomorrow amd i dont think it would of even made it and they found it very easily patched it up super quick even though they had a very busy schedule and that means the world to me as a customer and i appreciated it more than anything, was just do to it being really windy out and thank god, but it made me look and walla
