I did not get my Angus burger the way I wanted it. I was at home ready to eat when I noticed that my order was not correct. Even though I specifically asked for certain items. Calling was no option as the phone only rang. My server was young and arrogant. I was very disappointed with my service. Unfortunately that chap has turned me off Harvey's. I will not return or recommend.

First time ordering and will not return. Burger..grilled? More like burnt to crisp. Bacon cheese poutine.. the bacon was RAW, I think it was still oinking. My grilled chicken was cold and hard as a brick. I was completely disappointed!! The only good thing was the pickles!

Really disappointing. Harvey's used to stand for reliable quality, but this place is definitely not upholding that standard.To make a long story short: they gave me a coke when I ordered a blueberry shake—no resolution for this.Also, the burgers were made VERY carelessly; very, very sloppy and soggy. Undercooked.

My veggie burger was made to my perfection! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a burger I enjoyed so much. The staff was extremely friendly, and my pick up order was made in time. Such a good experience I would definitely be back:)

I’ve ordered several times and each time a shake is replaced with soda pop (which is flat and warm), and the wrap is poorly made. Please do better

I ordered through DoorDash.Ordered a Blueberry shake, Frings, hotdog and nuggets, took advantage of a $5.00 off deal.RECEIVED NO Blueberry shake but a large pop, no Frings and toppings on hotdog I didn't request.I understand it's lunch time, you're busy but how does this happen? Am I missing something? I wasted $26..

The vegetarian food was of poor quality and taste. I had great experience at other Harvey's location but this was pathetic. Regretting my decision to try this one.

The food is half decent but the place is filthy. The ketchup packages were all stuck together from a spilled package. The garbage containers were covered in ketchup and mustard stains. The bathrooms were gross. Sticky floors, empty toilet paper rolls, paper towel dispenser empty and paper towel roll sitting on the sink. We will go to Halifax instead of Dartmouth from now on.

Should be 0 stars. When 2 people order the same burger they should be put on the grill at the same time not one being done 5 minutes before the other and placed in a bag in the warmer. Fries and rings should be done hot when burgers are done not sitting in a bag on the warmer while burgers are being cooked. Cashier couldn't make change and was wearing glasses and kept pushing them up and she did not change her gloves.

Waited at drive thru for 20 minutes after ordering. Was told it was because everything was cooked fresh. Ordered 2 original burgers with cheese and bacon. Both burgers we received never had cheese or bacon and one had pickles which we didn't order. Fries were cold. Won't be going back anytime soon.
