Cakes are super cute and the flavours on point! Each cake is the about the size of a closed fist, which is PERFECT since no other place carries 'snackable' ice cream cakes! They also carry normal scoop ice cream in some fun flavours such as strawberry pocky and Hojicha, and in tub pints to take home. The small seating area above only has about 4 tables that sit 2, but it's very clean and very private.For cakes I recommend the 3CD as it's basically coffee ice cream with a cookie base and the raspberry cheesecake sorbet - both were delicious. The yuzu soda also wasn't bad and tasted like a lemon/citrus soda

Super cute dessert place! They only recently opened but have already a well established fanbase (myself included!). Boréal Gâteau specializes in ice cream and ice cream cakes, having a wide variety of flavours, including smoked tea (which tastes like bacon, strangely enough) and ribena sorbet. I highly recommend their lavender or matcha flavours for regular ice cream, but definitely go for the mango passion for a cake. They also offer beverages, like coffee and hot chocolate. I strongly, strongly recommend getting their black sesame latte - it's the best I've ever had!

From service to quality to image, they totally knocked ur out of the park!Starting with the image, the cakes just look phenomenal with that entremet that engulfs the little domes of ice cream cakes. The shine is just perfect and literally reflects like a mirror.The quality is awesome. The taste of the flavours of all the cakes just comes out so well. They make their ice cream in house and you can tell how much effort goes into making these taste as great as it can be.The Earl grey has a nice tea flavour and the black sesame with that gritty texture we all know of yet with that distinct flavour.The service, is so awesome. Always ready to help, and totally patient with the customer as they have so many great options of ice cream flavours and treats. The ice cream cake here was really unique and yummy. The mirror glaze makes it look like the cakes have a hard shell, but they're actually softer than they look, and there's a nice filling inside too!My friends and I went for afternoon tea, which is served in a small upstairs seating area; it's a cozy, but airy and bright space, and service was friendly. The afternoon tea was cocoa themed this time, so everything incorporated some form of chocolate. We enjoyed the mini ice cream cakes the most, which makes sense given that it is their specialty! There were some unique flavours and interesting savory items, but the bread for the sandwiches and the scones were kind of dry.Overall, I'd go back again for the ice cream or ice cream cake, and it's a good option for afternoon tea if you're in the area, but it wouldn't be on the top of my list of the different places I've tried in the past.

A great dessert cafe option on Main St Unionville! The interior is very cozy, with an upstairs and patio seating area that are great spots to hang out with friends. They have a variety of dessert and drink options available, but they're really known for their ice cream cakes. Each one contains a tasteful mix of flavours, and it was hard for me to pick just one. I ended up going for the pistachio one, and it was super tasty, with the nuttiness of the pistachio pairing well with the tart berry interior. They also have a happy hour special on weekday afternoons where you get a cake and drink of your choice for $11! All in all a great experience, definitely look forward to coming back and checking out their other cakes.

This bakery has such mouth-watering and beautiful ice cream cakes; it's a slightly hard exterior that hosts a creamy filling that is perfect for a light snack throughout the day.The bakery also has an upstairs floor for customers to sit and lounge, which looks really cute and minimalistic.While I've only been here once, I would love to drop by a second time to this awesome dessert destination!

Super cute little creamery in Unionville. They have great flavour options for iced desserts. The lychee rose raspberry sorbet was absolutely delicious and they also have soda floats that are super refreshing on a hot day. They also have beautiful little ice cream cakes which I definitely want to try next time. They also have the cutest Pokémon merch for sale too!

Update: went back and bought a dozen of their mini ice cream cakes... I really wanted to be blown away, sadly, I'm quite disappointed in the flavors.... What’s better than icecream for a hot Summer day! It’s liked tonsssa of icecream shops around main street unionville. So we are trying this relatively new artisan icecream shop this time.The mini icecream cake is definitely an edible artwork. The flavour (I chose lavender) is probably the best lavender icecream I’ve had by far. Perhaps I don’t like those lavender icecream in the farms.I do recommend to try it once before you leave the shop. Staff is nice and she showed us that there is upstairs seatings available.Also they serve icecream in a regular cone or cup as well if you don’t prefer to have a fancy icecream cake.
