I'm a fan of their burgers, they have a great fat ratio where they are still jucey after grilling and don't shrink to mini burgers. They are also really helpful in choosing cuts of steaks when you don't know much about it.

Really great shop in the Calgary Farmers Market. The staff is super knowledgeable and the beef is so delicious. You can really taste the difference compared to grocery store beef.
