Went there for a check engine light and several other problems. They did several diagnostics. Fixed nothing and said I had to go to dealer to get recall done before they could fix anything. Total bill was about 250.00. Went to dealer and they are fixing the check engine problem before doing recall. Like Anderson should have done. Anderson is useless. They do diagnostics, fix nothing but charge you lots. Then give you attitude when you question the bill as nothing was fixed. Had very similar problems with them with 2 other vehicles. That's 3 attempts to do business with them and all were unpleasant, useless and waste of money.In Reply to your reply. After leaving I checked to bracket on the roof rack and it the same as it was when i dropped it off and it still rattles. I did not go back into discuss it due to your attitude. I never asked or implied I wanted free service. Yes i was questioning my bill as i felt it was to high as most of my concerns were not addressed. I wanted to understand what I was paying for. Also I was never told that outstanding recalls would prevent you from doing repairs. I also felt you should have checked on recalls first and stopped there instead of performing and charging me for diagnostics then not able to proceed due to recalls. I was trying to explain my views but you were very hostile and aggressive. You seemed to take my questions as some kind of a challenge. I left your business with the distinct impression that customes are supose to shut up and pay their bill, no questions. I always pay my bills but will ask for explanations when I don't understand the bill, which i think is normal for most people. I have never had an issue with this except with you. Given my experience, I stand by my views of your business.I paid my bill in full and as such I now give my review of the service I received in return for my monies.

Anderson automotive is a truly professional business with great communication skills and top notch service. Fair prices and performed my repairs on time. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle there in the future

Awesome customer Experience.Super friendly App to update My MB Sprinter info (last oil change, brake work, ...). Courteous and promptly service. Lowest price I've seen in 6 years. I will go back to fix my Van and do the MVI at Anderson for sure.

Vibrations from the rear axle, I was told wheel bearing were shot, differential was shot. Took it to another shop, pinion angle was the issue due to the lift kit. Pinion geometry corrected, Problem solved! Nothing is wrong with the axle.

Love the staff who are very friendly and professional. The with was completed much more quickly than I expected.

Fantastic customer service! Body trim fix did not hold up but they made room for me the very next morning! Their invoices are highly detailed and you know exactly what was done, written by the technicians themselves with photos attached. They also provide detailed explanations for recommended repairs and service to keep your vehicle in great shape!

Top Notch service. Knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly staff. From drop off to pickup the experience was great. Have been here a couple different times now and have been impressed with the quality of service and how they run their business. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave one. The Modern Appointment and Real Time update system is phenomenal. Constantly updated with what is going on with you vehicle.
