Why are these ATMs not open 24x7 TD?

The ATM area is not open 24/7. The past couple of times that I wanted to withdraw cash on Sundays, the area is closed and locked. There is no drive through which makes it inconvenient. The next closest would be Dundas and Clarke

Hours aren't listed properly. Atm is never available after hours and the next closest atm is over an hour away.. Honestly should just switch banks cause BMO has 24hr services across the street!

Not actually open. ATM door was locked.

Why would you lock customers out of the ATM machines when you are closed making everyone go across town?

Atm is not open 24/7 Realky need to change their signs online, or information saying it is. It's open only during regular hours.

I have been with TD bank for a long time now and have always had friendly service kind and helpful employees and have never had any complaints. That is not the case with this location. Yes the ATM is always locked and that a pain and online claims to be open 24/7. However my experience was actually with the employees. The gentleman was not welcoming in anyway, was not polite in anyway and overall my experience once poor enough that I will not return to this location again. Even the second gentleman that came to “help” ignored me when I ask a question, was cold and when I asked if there was an issue processing my check he just said no and walked away. They made me very uncomfortable and I couldn’t leave soon enough.
