Best team! Very easy to deal with, they all are very friendly and the wok is always done to the perfection. We have been working with the. For 7 years and they did everything you can imagine, from changing our system, liner and filter, installing a winter security blanket and more. They do the opening and closing our our pool and we highly recommend the the company to anyone that wants quality for a fair price for their pool needs.

Our go-to pool supply and service team for the last 30 years. For most of that time we drove here from Pickering driving by a number of other pool shops along the way. Now, we are just a 5 minute drive away from the excellent service provided by Michelle’s team of Jordan, Paul, Morgan and Megan. And they do not take shortcuts or rely on quick sample computer water tests. They do it the proper way taking their time to get it right. And rather than just handing you the bill, they take the time to go through how the chemicals should be applied and mark the levels to help you get it rightHighly recommend.

First time visiting, went extremely smooth. As a contractor, there's nothing worst then not having the right parts during an install/service.Spoke with Michelle whom is very knowledgeable help us get sorted out at 5:00pm where most places are closed or ready call it quits.Would highly recommend this place!

I have used many pool companies over the last 10 years, none compare to the level of service and knowledge of pools than Colonial pools. They have done all repairs to our pool including new pool liner, all new equipment and 2 leaks. Michelle has always been more than patient and incredibly helpful, I have never felt as though I have been ripped off or oversold. Many thanks for your help over the years

Fantastic staff, great service. Look no further. Michelle and team took the time to assist me with my first pool year. Alot to learn, she was patient in explaining what chemicals were needed and personally phoned me to followup. A great customer experience overall. Give them a call.
