If you’re going to gate the entrance, make sure it works to open. Trying to get in with a shopping cart and the gates were malfunctioning so it was a huge pain. Then while I was trying to figure that out a customer was asking why the staff member standing at the exit was frowning. She said “I’m tired of faking a smile all day”. Wow. I do my shopping. I go to self check out because there are never enough cashiers on. I get accused of stealing diapers. That were clearly on my receipt. Wasn’t even told sorry. Just “oh well it didn’t come up on my screen”. I pointed to “nappies” and showed her it was there and she just walked away. You guys okay over there? That experience was wild. I left feeling very flustered.

Don't normally use this location...But went there for the first time and wasn't familiar with the layout.....a gentleman who worked in the meat department went above and beyond any of the other employees..I believe his name was Clayton.....phenomenal service hope this guy gets a promotion...very professional and helpful..even tried to hire then guy myself for my own business and be politely declined because he loved his employer.

After a visit to this location today, I had to upgrade my review to 5 stars. An employee by the name of Clayton in the meat department noticed me struggling to find what I was looking for and took the time to offer assistance. I’m not used to receiving that level of customer care when shopping in a big box store without wandering through many aisles to find help. He made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Thank you Clayton.

We were looking for a camera, the three employees in that department were on there phone not paying attention to the customers what so ever. Must be nice to go to work and just spend the day on your phone. We walked away and will not be back. That was on Saturday Feb.25th.

I went to this Walmart with my daughter, they split us up at the checkout and she has bad anxiety. The worker accused her of stealing because she bought a “Mclovin” pj set that comes with a shirt and pants, the worker didn’t believe her and started arguing that she stole the product and wouldn’t let her leave. When she finally checked and looked at the product she just said “you can leave now” no apology. I will be shopping from Sobeys now and onwards.

Indians in Walmart should give a full stop on lobbying by Indians enough is enough though I’m Indian my self we got misbehaved by a Indian cashier named Mihir. I have a question what do you guys think of yourself? If you guys gets so annoyed seeing people same skin colour like you go and get a freaking corporate where you don’t have to deal with any south Asians. I want manager to have look at the review and take appropriate actions against the employees who misbehaves with customer. I am never going back there ever after this experience.#StopIndianLobbying

A week ago I was in there and bought a grocery order and was over charged on a sale item, the customer service desk and supervisor were only willing to give me a $15 discount, even when their company is supposed to follow the Scanner Code Of Practice policies. I ended up being overcharged for products that malfunctioned after getting them home and don't have the means to return. With such lack of customer service, they wonder why people are stealing from their store and lighting their public washrooms on fire.

Cashier staff inappropriately try to sell their rewards card by lying, not listening to customers revoking consent, and not disclosing information properly before handling you're sensitive personal information. Disgusting.

After going to 2 different locations I went on a limb and tried out the crossing walmart location for some very special steaks.Buddy of mine coming home for the first time in a year so promised to have some really nice T-bones ready.Honestly when I showed up the case was alright, but I asked this guy named Clayton if he could help me find something better and brought out two of the most perfect T-bones i've ever seen!Really nice fat cap, a fair sized tenderloin portion. Thank you for saving the day!
