Super friendly and helpful Staff. A HUGE shout out to Dave for his professionalism, knowledge and easy-going personality at the start of the locker rentals during a very stressful time of my life and to Chad for quick replies to my emails and providing clear and thorough answers to all of my questions. This was my second time using stop and store and I have had nothing but a positive experience both times. The staff are very friendly and reply to their emails efficiently. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of storage both short and long term.

Wouldn't return calls. Trying to get issue resolved. Left messages several days. Never get a call back.Now resolved. The lack of communication was a little concerning, but otherwise this placed worked well for us, now that I finally got confirmation of successful termination of our use of our unit.

These guys are great. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a deceased estate. Paul and his team could not have been more supportive and understanding during this time. Would recommend to everyone!

The guy Dave is extremely rude and condescending!!! He has such an attitude. He requested me over the phone to look at the lockers in person and so I travelled from really far to look at them. The lockers were way out of my budget even though he specifically said it would fit. I only have a debit card and was going to pay for the locker with it. He started shouting at me and showing attitude saying he told me over the phone that only credit cards are allowed even though he never mentioned anything about payment options. He is extremely rude! Very disappointed with his service and never recommend him to anyone.

Great little storage spot, and they have been very patient with me. Almost every month, I was late paying due to unexpected financial problems and they held my locker and only put a 20 dollar charge on top for late fee and they were very reasonable over the phone the only thing I don't like is that you can't pay them cash .

This facility is affordable, clean and well organized. Setting up the locker was relatively easy, with reasonable terms. Please keep in mind that the Upper Units are only accessible with a portable staircase that is shaky and narrow and not suitable for moving large or heavy items. The on-site manager was not on-site and had a condescending manner. After struggling with the lock, I finally got it closed and it seems to be working okay.

What started as a good review has sadly turned bad. I rented my unit for 2 months only and said that repeatedly during the initial rental process. Now they charged me for an extra months rental after i already vacated the unit. Said they will not refund my money because the locker was left unlocked(they have to check it to ensure it is empty so why the knit picking) and a ladder left out of place supposedly even tho it was usually in that same position whenever I went to the locker. I have a witness from the moving company too. Office keeps blowing me off and told me they feel the issue is solved. Head office, my bank and the BBB are my next stops this week.Truly disapointing that a business feels they can steal from customers anytime much less nowadays. I will not stop until I get my refund.

First review I've ever posted. Stop and Store are most deserving. I've been using their services for well over a decade and they are truly exemplary. Thanks Dave and Stop and Staff - I feel like I'm leaving a really good friend. You've been amazing.

Rented a small unit from Stop and Store for four months. This is an amazing business. They have nailed all the little details, particularly communication - something so many businesses fail at. Every single detail regarding access, contract,cancellation, etc. is communicated by e-mail and is flawless. Office staff is organized and efficient and VERY helpful, as is anyone encountered on site. I would give a big thumbs up to anyone wanting to rent a storage unit from them, and will recommend them to all my friends. A pleasure to deal with!
