Over a period of time, we had all of the windows on our old stone house replaced by the incredibly competent MacArthur team. Jim and the boys go beyond the call of duty. They honour their quote. They take great pride in their workmanship, and it is top notch. North Star windows are the best money can buy. Jim's team is now replacing the windows on my parents' home. I only wish we still lived near the area his company serviced. As far as my husband and I are concerned, they are the best in the business... second to no one! Excellent experience every single time!!!

Poor service.Called for an estimate never called back. Finally booked a person to come out and measure for an estimate they called and cancelled the day of. Re-booked that appointment they never showed up.
